Company was established in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 100 dated March 1, 2017 “On the renaming of the National Export and Investment Agency KAZNEX INVEST Joint-Stock Company in order to promote sustainable socio-economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by attracting foreign investment in priority sectors of the economy and comprehensive support of investment projects.

Kazakhstan Project Preparation Fund Limited Liability Partnership
Being the subsidiary of Baiterek NMH JSC and having the status of the state development institute, the Fund actively facilitates the implementation of government programs, such as SPIID and Nurly zhol, pursuing the goal of improving competitiveness by supporting the projects in non-primary sectors of the economy. The Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit
ICIEC is a member of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group. ICIEC was established on 1st August 1994 (24 Safar 1415H), as an international institution with full juridical personality. The idea for the establishment of an entity to provide investment and export credit insurance for Islamic States originated from the Agreement for the Promotion, Protection and Guarantee of Investment among Member States of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC Investment Agreement).

The International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation
(ITFC) is a member of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group. It was established with the primary objective of advancing trade among OIC Member Countries, which would ultimately contribute to the overarching goal of improving socioeconomic conditions of the people across the world. Commencing operations in January 2008 (Muharram 1429H), ITFC has since consolidated all trade finance businesses that used to be handled by various windows within the IsDB Group.

The Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector
ICD is a multilateral development financial institution and is part of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group. ICD was established in November 1999 to support the economic development of its member countries through the provision of finance for private sector projects, promoting competition and entrepreneurship, providing advisory services to the governments and private companies and encouraging cross border investments.
